Guarantees and returns

1.  Defective or misrepresented goods

    As a manufacturer, we take responsibility for ensuring that the products we create meet the highest standards. If the product you receive is faulty or does not comply with the specifications, you have the following rights:
        Repair: We will repair the product if possible.
        Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will supply a replacement product.
        Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will make a full or partial refund.

2.  At least 2-year guarantee

    Our products come with a free minimum 2-year guarantee. This guarantee covers any defects or problems that arise during this period.
    Your country's national regulations may provide additional protection beyond the minimum guarantee.

3.  14 day cancellation period

    You have the right to return any purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period is called the withdrawal period.
    After 14 days, you can usually request a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

4.  How do I request a repair, replacement or refund?

    The 2-year guarantee period begins when the goods are received.

        Repair or replacement of the product
        A price reduction
        A full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

    Complaint processing time is up to 14 days
