Terms and Conditions of the Ideonium Online Shop

I. Definitions

1. Online Store - internet service available at www.ideonium.com, conducted by Ideonium sp. z o.o., based in Dębinka nr. 39, 68-212, NIP: 9282093720, REGON: 383131923 .

2. Customer - natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, to which legal capacity is granted by law, making an Order in the Online Store.

3. Order - Customer's declaration of will, aiming at the conclusion of the Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.

4. Product - a movable item offered in the Online Store.

5. Sales Contract - a contract of sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the agency of the Online Shop.

6. Terms and Conditions - these rules and regulations of the Online Store.

II. General provisions

1. The Regulations define the principles for the use of the Online Store, including the conditions for placing Orders, concluding Sales Agreements and the performance of Orders.

2. The Regulations are available in electronic form in the On-line Store in a manner allowing for its downloading, recording and printing. 3.

3. By placing an Order, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.

4. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment they are published in the Online Store.

5. Orders placed before the amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Use come into effect, the Terms and Conditions of Use in the version in force on the date of placing the Order shall apply.

III. Placing Orders

1. Orders may be placed via the Online Store.

2. In order to place an Order, the Customer selects the Product and then fills in the Order form, providing the data necessary for the fulfilment of the Order.

3. The Customer may place an Order without registering with the Online Shop.

4. Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided.

5. The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm the Order.

6. Order processing time is calculated from the time of positive payment authorisation

IV. Conclusion of the Contract of Sale

1. The Contract of Sale is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order.

2. Confirmation of the Order takes place by sending a confirmation message to the Customer's e-mail address.

3. the Contract of Sale includes in particular:

    Customer data,
    Seller's data,
    information about the Product,
    the price of the Product,
    delivery costs,
    lead time of the Order.

V. Prices and payment

1. Prices of Products given in the Online Store are gross prices.

2. delivery costs may be added to the price of the Product.

3. The Customer may make payment for the Product in the following forms:

    bank transfer,
    electronic payment,

4. The term of payment for the Product is 3 days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement.

5.  The online payment service provider is Autopay S.A.

VI. Delivery .


1. the Seller delivers the Product to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order.

2. delivery of the Product shall take place within the period specified in the confirmation of the Order.

3. the available delivery options:

    delivery by courier,
    parcel delivery.

VII. Right of withdrawal


1. The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.

2. Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement shall take place by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the Agreement to the Seller.

3. The declaration of withdrawal from the Contract may be submitted in writing or electronically.

4. In the event of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale, the Seller shall reimburse the price of the Product and the costs of delivery to the Customer, no later than within 14 days of acceptance of the withdrawal from the Contract.

VIII. Conditions for provision of services by electronic means

1. The Portal provides services by electronic means, including:

    providing information about the Products,
    enabling the placement of Orders,
    fulfilment of Orders.

2. Technical requirements necessary to use the Portal:

    - computer with access to the Internet,
    - internet browser,
    - active e-mail account.

3. the Customer undertakes to use the Portal in compliance with the law and the Terms and Conditions.

4. the Customer may not provide unlawful, vulgar or offensive content (opinions, comments).

5. the Seller may block access to the Portal in the event of violation of the Terms and Conditions by the Client.


IX Guarantees and returns

1. If the product you have received is faulty or does not comply with the specifications, you have the following rights:
        Repair: We will repair the product if possible.
        Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will supply a replacement product.
        Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will make a full or partial refund.

2. Our products come with a free warranty of at least 2 years. This guarantee covers any defects or problems that arise during this period.

3. You have the right to return any purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This period is called the withdrawal period. After 14 days, you can usually request a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

4. the 2-year guarantee period begins on receipt of the goods.

6. The user is obliged to describe the problem in the application, attach proof of purchase and photos of the product defect.

7. Product returns should be made to our address: Ideonium sp. z o.o., Dębinka nr.39, 68-212 Poland with the note "Return" and a copy of the proof of purchase.

8. Complaint processing time is up to 14 days
